Duration: 6-12 months (Contract-to-Hire)
About the Role
Seeking a Senior VMware / Hypervisor Engineer to operate and maintain mission-critical private cloud infrastructure in a 24/7 environment. This role focuses on Windows Server administration, VMware engineering, and PowerShell automation, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance across global production environments.
You will design, implement, and administer VMware and Windows environments, lead automation initiatives, and provide capacity planning, performance optimization, and incident response. • Build and maintain virtual machines and virtualization infrastructure
  • Develop automation solutions using PowerShell / PowerCLI
  • Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, and preventive maintenance
  • Lead production incident response, root cause analysis, and postmortems
  • Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to ensure uptime and reliability
Must-Have Skills
