Job description

Job Summary:
Deloitte is a leading consulting firm specializing in cloud-based ERP solutions. The role involves leading the technical workstream for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations ERP, designing end-to-end solutions, and providing deep domain expertise to clients.
Responsibilities:
• Understand the client's business objectives and present technical solutions in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations ERP which leverages the product's strengths and bridges gaps to bring value.
• Design the end-to-end solutions, offer the best of industry processes, review functional and technical design documents, provide recommendations, coding, deployment, and code reviews.
• Play a key role in building the company's tools and assets, improve our delivery processes, select our software and ISVs, and train on new versions and tools, keeping your knowledge sharp.
• Provide deep domain expertise in one or more vertical industries establishing credibility with the customer and/or prospect.
• Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the platforms and products.
• Lead the activities of one of the project's workstreams (Deloitte and Client personnel), which may include things such as planning the activities of the workstream, leading design and refinement sessions, configuration of MS D365 software, coordinating cross-functional activities where interaction with other workstreams is needed, maintaining documentation and statistics on the workstream's progress, oversight of the workstream's testing activities, and management of Risks, Actions, Issues and Decisions related to your team.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree in software engineering (or another related field). In lieu of degree, 10 years of directly related experience in D365/AX ERP development.
• 10+ years Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and/or AX developer experience including Integration development
• Hands on experience with 5+ full life cycle implementations in MS Dynamics
• 6+ years of team lead experience
• Ability to travel on average up to 50%, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:
• Experience in two or more of the technologies: Azure (Logic Apps, Functions etc.), Power Apps, Azure DevOps, or Visual Studio
• Experienced in modifications in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations across modules
• Dynamics 365 solution data model
• Data migration tools and processes within Dynamics 365
• Client development and pre-sales experience
