  • Drive process improvement initiatives that increase efficiency, scalability, and consistency across service delivery functions.

Financial & Business Management

  • Maintain a strong understanding of accounting, advisory, and professional services operations to support informed business decisions.
  • Collaborate with leadership on service line profitability, pricing strategies, client retention initiatives, and resource planning.
  • Support strategic growth initiatives, operational planning, and continuous improvement efforts across the organization.

  • Demonstrated success leading teams through periods of growth, changing priorities, and evolving client demands while maintaining service excellence.
  • Strong understanding of professional services economics, client retention strategies, workflow management, staff development, and operational performance.
  • Proven ability to implement technology, automation, and process improvements that drive efficiency, scalability, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and change management skills with the ability to align teams around strategic objectives.

Compensation is 175 - 225K plus 10-15% bonus. Equity in the company is available in the long term.
