Job description

Your Role & Impact
The Administrative Clerk is responsible for performing a wide range of clerical and administrative duties, such as typing correspondence, answering and routing telephone calls, scheduling meetings, performing data entry, and processing incoming and outgoing mail. The Administrative Clerk helps manage the more routine administrative tasks within the organization.
What We're Looking For
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • At least two (2) years' clerical or administrative experience.
  • Helping with event support as needed, invoice processing, credit card reconciliation, processing incoming and outgoing mail, approving meeting room calendar, making sure office and kitchen supplies are fully stocked. Will be required to work early mornings and weekends as needed for special events support.
  • Will be required to travel between TrueCare locations therefore a California Driver's License , proof of insurance and a clean driving record is required.
  • Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping.
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management.

The pay range for this role is $23 - $32.20 on an hourly basis.
