Job Summary:Reporting to theSr.Director of Brand Marketing (ATLUS Transmedia),this role serves as a key contributor withinthe brand marketingfunction, actingasaprimary liaison between SEGA of America’smarketing teams andglobal business & IP teams. Thispositionwill be responsible for driving core brand initiatives defined by theSr.Brand Directorwhilesupportingthedevelopment of brand plansand assetsacrossmultiple channelsincluding consumer products, games, animated content, events, music, and emerging opportunities.

Thisrolepartners closelywith the Brand, Licensing,GamesPublishing, Partnerships, EMEAandATLUS IP teams toensurealignment ofbrand strategies with business goals andtohelpsupport the growth ofATLUSIP.

Thisrolerequiresexperience in brand management, consumer marketing and licensing, withdemonstrated experience in globalcampaignand creative strategydevelopment,and cross-functionalcoordination.This role willoperateas an ambassadorfor bothinternalandexternal stakeholders, includingTokyo-based ATLUS teams.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Contribute tothedevelopment of brand marketing strategiesacross ATLUS IP,supportinglifecycleplanning and executionwith a focus onWesternmarkets(Americas & EMEA).
  • Supportbudget management and ensurebusiness plan goalsareachievedwhile maximizing global campaign effectiveness.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing, licensing,game and partner marketing executions are integrated and aligned with the project’s strategic goals.
  • Drivemarketingcampaignsincludingcreative developmentandstrategy,asset production, digital content, channel, promotions,and licensing partnership opportunities.
  • Serve as theprimary point of contactforBrand marketing execution to support the overall brand,coordinating across variousstakeholders and ensuringworkback schedules and deadlinesare aligned andmet.
  • Act as aliaison between Brand Marketing andkey internal functions includingLegal,Creative Services,CRM,Web, PR,and Community.
  • Supportmarketing-focused licensing partnerships,including managing internaland partner communications.
  • Supportoperationalaspects of brand marketing includingallmarketing approvals, legal contractcoordination,and invoice processing.
  • Managebrand marketingresources,includingpromotionalmerchandise that can be used for giveaways,to support marketing campaignneeds.
  • Provide regular updates to brandmarketing, product marketing,and licensing teamsacrossallregions.
  • Assistin various consumer research and business data analysis projects toinform recommendationsformarketing strategies & franchise planning.
  • Provide full supportformarketing events as needed.
  • Managecreativeagencies, eventagencies,and promotional partneronboarding and communicationfor brand marketing plans.
  • Champion and evolve the voice of the ATLUS brands forbothcore audiencesandnewfansegments.
  • Other responsibilities are performed as assigned or needed.
Qualifications
  • Working in-office is an essential function of this position.This requirement of face-to-face interaction is in place to ensure effective supervision, collaboration, and teamwork.   • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in the field.
  • 3-5+ yearsofexperience inbrandmarketing. Experience ingame publisher marketing, licensing, marketingagenciesand/or consumer products is a plus.
  • Proventrack recordofproducinghighly creative and imaginative campaignsfor major global brands,showing strongresultsandachieving business goals.
  • Experienceworking onglobalmarketing campaignsfor products thathavelarge consumer audiencesacross multiple entertainmentchannels (e.g., film/TV, games, publishing).
  • Knowledge of the ATLUS IPs andbrandalong withthegames/entertainment industriesstrongly preferred.
  • Advancedproficiencyin Microsoft Office(PowerPointand Excel), with the ability to developglobal brandandmarketing plans,create pitch and sales decks, and supportcampaign budgetswith knowledge ofP&Lconcepts.
  • Ability tolever quantitative analytic measures, build business cases, and translate findingsto support initiativestied toKPI / ROI metrics.
  • Strong project management skills,with theability to manage multiple projects with various teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective written and verbalcommunication skills,including experience presenting toleadership stakeholders.
  • Positive, proactive,andsolutions-oriented mindset with the ability to work autonomously.
Bonus:
  • Experience withA/V creativeprocessincluding Key Art and trailer development.
  • Background in creative or media agenciesis a plus.
  • Familiarity with digital andconsumermarketing channelsincluding performance marketing, social media, and influencer marketing.
