Job description

Role Overview

The Transition/Onboarding Lead will play a critical role in ensuring the successful onboarding, transition, and stabilization of clients onto EYโ€™s IFMS operating model. This role spans onboarding readiness, end-to-end transition execution, and transition PMO leadership, providing strong governance, coordination, and transparency across complex, multi-workstream engagements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and own end-to-end transition and onboarding delivery, including planning, execution, governance, budgets, dependencies and stabilization.

  • Act as the primary client point of contact during transition, managing communications, risks, issues and escalation to ensure a controlled onboarding experience.

  • Own onboarding readiness across policies, controls, operating practices, data migration, knowledge transfer, and technology enablement, working in close coordination with business and technology SMRs.

  • Drive structured change management, communications, and adoption to enable smooth delivery and operational readiness.

  • Drive consistency and efficiency through standardized templates, dashboards, and PMO enablement tools.

  • Prepare steadyโ€‘state readiness criteria and completion checklists.

  • Collaborate with delivery teams to enable smooth handoff to steady-state operations.

  • Deliver clear, executive-ready dashboards and insights highlighting status, risks, decisions required, and upcoming actions.

  • Manage transition quality gates, cutover readiness, and goโ€‘live governance to ensure smooth onboarding of client services into steadyโ€‘state operations.

Qualifications
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, or related field.

  • 10+ years of experience in managed services transitions, onboarding and PMO.

  • Strong understanding of transition governance frameworks, service delivery models, project management methodologies, and operational best practices.

  • Demonstrated program and PMO leadership capability across complex initiatives.

  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Experience driving change management and operational readiness.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in English, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fastโ€‘paced environment, drive operational efficiency, while working across borders and functional competencies.

  • Knowledge of SAP Finance modules (FI/CO) and experience working with Signavio process maps a big plus.
