Job Summary: The Manager assists in overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient workflow, and adherence to company policies and standards. They lead, by example, motivating and empowering team members to deliver a memorable dining experience to every guest.
Key Responsibilities: Manage daily restaurant operations, including supervising staff and inventory management. Train, coach, and mentor team members to maintain high standards of service and hospitality. Opens and closes the restaurants when scheduled - following the correct checklists to verify all tasks that are completed. Monitor food quality and presentation, ensuring consistency and compliance with recipes and standards. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner. Implement and enforce safety and sanitation protocols to maintain a clean and hygienic environment. Drive sales and profitability through effective cost control measures and upselling strategies. Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and execute marketing initiatives, scheduling and promotional activities. Delivers Company's core values and creates a positive work culture that promotes teamwork, respect, and excellence.
