Starting Hourly Wage: $28.00+


Great Oaks Landscape, located in Novi, Michigan, is a recognized leader in the landscaping and hardscape industry for its landscape design-build and maintenance expertise. We are looking for a Brick and Hardscape Installation Foreman to lead our crews on our award-winning landscape construction projects.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supervise the installation of hardscape design projects such as brick pavers, manufactured walls, retaining walls, fire pits, and other outdoor living areas.
  • Experience in laying brick, stone, concrete blocks, and other hardscape materials.
  • Experience operating heavy construction equipment and masonry tools.
  • Review landscape design with designer/project manager
  • Train and mentor landscaping and brick crew employees.
  • Supervise employees on the job site
  • Ensure work is completed in accordance with plans and specifications as well as with the client's expectations
  • Promote high standards for customer service, develop a safety culture and create a positive team environment
  • Lead, train and develop employees on brick masonry projects.
