About the Job:

We're looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to manage our paid mediatraffickingprocess. This role would work across brand teams and platform partners. As a Traffic Manager you willsupportEdelman's campaign initiatives throughout planning anddeliveryphases, working with internal stakeholders and external media agency resources to meet and deliver upon campaign objectives.Our media efforts include but are not limited to: TVC, streaming, online video, YouTube, social media, digital display, OOH, custom interactive units, and more.

You will also support Production Operations by partnering closely with integrated teams and brand producers to manage upfront approval and project archiving. This will include uploading and organizing production documents within established portals, tracking feedback and approvals, maintaining timelines to ensure a streamlined and efficient review process across all stakeholders, and getting final assets archived onto client portals and internal server systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Media agency collaboration:Attend connects with media agency and keep the team informed on any changes to the media plan

  • In collaboration with our strategy connections team, help build out and maintain our internal asset matrix. Ensuring all data reflects what is needed against the media buy, and relevant trafficking platform projects are set up accurately.

  • Liaison with production during the post-production process to ensure post vendors have any necessary outputspecifications.

  • Prior to final asset delivery, you will assist with brandguideline checks and balances whilecollaborating closely with production and creative to make necessary edits.

  • Coordinate with Extreme Reach to obtain necessary network pre-clearance for all TVC content.

  • Implement a system to track talent across assets, facilitating the confirmation of final SAG payments in partnership with Business Affairs.

  • Ensure projects are set up correctly based on the media plan, updating metadata on assets, and conducting quality control (QC) on all OLV and Social assets.

  • Assist with final asset QC to ensure that specifications meet the platform requirements.

  • Liaisonwith all partnering Agency team members and client mediatraffickingleads as necessary to address any platform or delivery challenges.

  • Generate Creative IDs through trafficking platform.

  • Maintain detailed annotations of trafficking platform Creative IDs in our internal asset tracker.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (Advertising, Marketing, or other business-related field)

  • 5+ years of professional experience preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Detail-oriented - exercise extreme attention to detail; is thorough, accurate, and organized

  • Strong communication skills - able to articulate thoughts and express effectively using oral, written, and non-verbal communication skills, as well as listening skills to gain understanding

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities on tight deadlines while remaining effective and efficient

  • Ability to work well autonomously and within a team

  • Ability to think outside the box and problem solve in a fast-paced, creative environment

$72,000 - 110,000 a year

An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
