What You’ll Do
  • Support daily operations for two restaurant outlets to ensure smooth, efficient service
  • Lead, train, coach, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional hospitality
  • Oversee dining room operations in the absence of the Food & Beverage Manager
  • Maintain resort standards for service, food quality, and presentation
  • Handle guest concerns professionally and create positive guest experiences
  • Monitor cleanliness, sanitation, and cash-handling procedures
  • Assist with scheduling, inventory, and operational organization
  • Help improve efficiency, sales, and overall guest satisfaction
  • Maintain strong communication across departments
