Overview:
Job Title: Product Manager - Theme Parks
Job Location: Miami, FL (4 Days onsite + Travel to Mexico)
Job Duration: 6+ Months C2H
Interview: Virtual

We are seeking a hands-on Product Manager to oversee the development and delivery of waterpark attractions, experiences, and programming for a new park in Mexico. This role ensures execution aligns with the overall product vision, guest experience expectations, and operational feasibility.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end development of waterpark attractions and guest experiences
  • Collaborate with Construction, Operations, Architecture & Design, and Creative teams to ensure design intent is executed effectively
  • Drive project progress in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes
  • Provide strong decision-making and escalation management across development phases
  • Manage and coordinate with external vendors and cross-functional teams

Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in product development, attractions development, or experience design
  • Prior experience in theme parks or waterparks strongly preferred
  • Proven track record of delivering physical guest experiences or attractions
  • Experience working closely with construction, architects, designers, and creative teams
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage external partners
