Summary

The Commercial Projects Lead is responsible for running and improving The Cylinder Shop across in-store and online sales, with a primary focus on growing sales of pilot supplies and aviation offerings. The role starts with stabilizing operations and addressing gaps, then shifts to building a strong retail and e-commerce offering. This includes refining the product range, driving sales, ensuring a consistent experience across channels, and building B2B relationships.
