Starting of pay rate: $18.75

$500 Sign-On Bonus

+$1/hr for night shift differential

Shifts and available hours:

Nights, 6pm-6am, 4x4

What you will be doing
  • Implement, sponsor, and support all continuous reliability improvement standards and practices.
  • Operates equipment in the laboratory ranging from CNC sample preparation to tensile testing and, depending on the lab, OES spectrometry.
  • Accountable for compliance to standards on all remaining manual processes that were not able to be locked down through hardware and software upgrade. 
  • Escalates product quality and/or compliance issues to the Lab Supervisor as needed.
  • Identifies differences in testing requirements between industry and customer specific. Flags compliance issues which deviate from the standards.
  • Operates with 100% compliance to new standards for data management and control. Required to immediately report all compliance issues identified within the process to Lab Supervisor.
  • Selects products for tests at specified stages in production process, and tests products for variety of qualities such as dimensions, appearance, and mechanical or chemical characteristics (temper, yield and tensile, elongation).
What will make you successful?
  • Must be fluent in English. (required)
  • Must be at least 18 years or older. (required)
  • Experience using Excel to document or analyze data. (preferred)
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent (preferred)
