PURPOSE

We're looking for a hands-on, forward-thinking Manager, Technology Services - Network to lead a critical function at the heart of our IS organization. In this role, you'll own the strategy, stability, and evolution of our enterprise network across data centers, campus, and cloud environments.

You'll lead a talented team of engineers, drive modernization through automation, and play a key role in major initiatives like data center migration all within a highly collaborative, high-performing culture where ideas are valued and quality execution matters.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities:

  • Build, mentor, and empower a high-performing network engineering team
  • Lead modernization and transformation efforts across network infrastructure such as leading our data center migration
  • Align technical direction with business needs
  • Ensure highly available, secure, and performant network services.
  • Shape and oversee our network architecture: Arista (core/campus), Palo Alto firewalls, modern DC and campus networking
  • Champion adoption of Infrastructure as Code and automation practices
  • Own Core Services
  • Ensure SLA performance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement
  • Partner with infrastructure, security, leadership peers, and application development teams to deliver customer-focused solutions
  • Communicate priorities, risks, and progress clearly across teams
  • Identify and drive process and technology improvements
  • Manage vendors, budgets, and technology and architecture decisions

EXPERIENCE / BACKGROUND

  • Strong foundation in core networking competencies
  • Enterprise network leadership skills
  • Palo Alto, Arista, BlueCat expertise
  • IaC (Terraform/Ansible/Python) skills
  • Data center migration experience
  • Customer and innovation first mindset
  • Proven experience working effectively with cross functional leaders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage workload priorities, and coordinate resources in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Experience analyzing performance metrics and using data to drive decisions, improvements, and accountability.
  • Strategic and business planning principles
  • More than 10 years of progressively more responsible project leadership and technical experience. A minimum of 2 years in a lead or supervisory capacity is required

FLSA: This position qualifies for the Executive exemption as the employee customarily and regularly directs the work of more than two employees and has the authority to hire or fire other employees.

Pay Range:

$109,990.00 - $186,990.00

This range aligns with current market data and reflects our commitment to competitive and equitable compensation. Salary offers are based on factors such as experience, skills, education, and training. The range may vary in certain locations to reflect local market conditions. It is not typical to initiate pay at the top of the range to account for internal equity and allow for future and continued salary growth
