  • Contribute: As an Infrastructure & Platform Engineering Manager, you will:

    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to automate and improve infrastructure and platform provisioning, configuration management, monitoring, and incident response processes.

    • Identify opportunities for automation and self-service within IT operations, including repetitive tasks, manual processes, and workflow optimizations.

    • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of infrastructure technology projects, ensuring they are completed within scope, budget, and timeline constraints and are aligned with strategic plans and direction.

    • Design, implement, and execute practices and standards to maintain operational availability, performance, security, and cost effectiveness.

    • Actively manage 3rd party relationships from a procurement, vendor performance, and value realization perspective.

    • Maintain a broad conceptual understanding of the latest technology trends of multiple disciplines and industries, continuouslyevaluate these trends for applicability to the business and operational environment.

  • What it Takes:

    • Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience.

    • Minimum of 5 years related work experience.

    • Experience building and operating large-scale solutions that support core technology pillars within the Technology & Infrastructure Services group (e.g. Compute/Network/Storage/Data Platforms/Cloud/Observability/Software Delivery).

    • Awareness of general capabilities of multiple public cloud (and data center) providers, understanding of self-service concepts, automation frameworks, and DevOps principles.

    • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

    • Successful track record of solution delivery and experience with project management practices.

    • Ability to communicate, both written and presentation, to appropriate audiences.
