The Chief Information Officer (CIO) is responsible for maximizing the value of Murdoch's technology investments to improve customer experience, team member effectiveness, and business performance. The CIO leads the technology organization while partnering closely with Stores/Operations, Marketing, eCommerce, Merchandising, Supply Chain, HR, and Finance to ensure technology capabilities are fully integrated into how the business operates and serves customers
Murdoch's has made significant investments in its technology foundation, including ERP, point-of-sale, eCommerce, supply chain, data, and infrastructure platforms. The CIO's primary responsibility is to accelerate adoption, utilization, and business value from these capabilities while identifying practical opportunities to improve operational performance and customer outcomes.
As a member of the Leadership Team, the CIO contributes to corporate strategy, helps shape business priorities, and serves as a trusted partner in delivering growth, innovation, and operational excellence.

  • Define and lead the technology strategy required to support Murdoch's business objectives and long-term growth.
