Job description

Position Location: On-Site, Hybrid, and/or Remote locations will be considered.

The IT Process Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing IT Service Management (ITSM) operations and the end-to-end lifecycle of the organization's technology assets. This role drives operational excellence through effective governance of incident, problem, change, and knowledge management processes while overseeing IT asset management, procurement, vendor relationships, and financial planning. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader with a strong understanding of ITIL best practices and a proven ability to improve service delivery, operational performance, and business outcomes.

KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:  

  • 3-5+ years of experience in business, accounting, and financial management or IT service operations.
  • Strong understanding of IT asset lifecycle management, purchasing processes and/or service management processes.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Preferred:
    • Experience with IT asset management (ITAM) or service management tools.
    • Knowledge of software licensing, vendor contract management, incident/problem management, or major incident processes.
    • Familiarity with accounting principles related to capitalization and depreciation.

EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

LICENSE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY: ITAM, ITIL, or related certifications.
