Bestway is currently seeking an experienced IT OperationsManager/Analyst to take responsibility for the oversight and management of thecritical IT infrastructure within all Bestway store and office locations. Therole will require expertise in systems and network administration, telecommanagement, software and hardware deployment, reporting, managing serviceproviders and any other technology needs requested by the company's leadership.Currently, this position reports directly to the Chief Information Officer.


Essential Functions

Store, Home Office and Cloud InfrastructureManagement

oIncluding but not limited to: PCs,Servers, Printers, Switches, Routers, Modems, Inventory Scanning Devices,Credit Card Terminals, Receipt printers

Working knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCPand Office-365.

Backup Monitoring and File Restore

Responsible for Disaster Recovery and Data LossPrevention Planning and Strategy

Escalating Critical Issues to the CIO and/or managedservice providers

Report Development and Maintenance

Ensuring timely delivery of reports to storesand OPS management

Requirements gathering and analysis for newreporting and software updates

Point of Sale Software and Hardware Support

Credit Card Terminals/Payment Processing

Intranet/Internal Resource Distribution(Documents, Videos, other files for operations)

Special Projects as needed

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses a variety of high-endsophisticated equipment that requires monitoring, scheduled maintenance,periodic replacement and repair. In addition, this department utilizes standardoffice equipment such as personal computers, phones, photocopiers, faxmachines, and scanners.

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Fridayand need to be on call 24/7 to respond to after hour's situations and need tobe able to work on weekends to provide for maintenance, server and reportservices support.

1:00 PM to 9:30 PM
