What You'll Do

  • Support technology across multiple restaurant concepts and locations
  • Maintain and troubleshoot Toast POS, Restaurant365 (R365), Microsoft 365, networking, and other business systems
  • Coordinate technology for new restaurant openings and remodels
  • Manage technology vendors, hardware, and equipment
  • Support networking, printers, handheld devices, and security systems
  • Improve processes, documentation, and technology standards
  • Partner with Operations and Leadership to identify smarter technology solutions

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in technology operations, IT support, or systems administration
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and cloud-based applications
  • Working knowledge of networking and endpoint management
  • Experience with Toast, Restaurant365 (R365), or similar restaurant technology is highly preferred
  • Hospitality or multi-location business experience is a plus
  • Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
