What You'll Contribute
The Technology Operations Engineer II will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our technology systems and infrastructure.
What You'll Do
  • Assist in the implementation, maintenance, and support of technology systems, including hardware, software, networks, and telecommunications.
  • Monitor the performance and availability of technology systems, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime and disruptions.
  • Participate in technology projects, assisting with planning, implementation, and testing activities.
  • Contribute to the development and enforcement of technology operations policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistent and secure operations.
  • Assist in the development and execution of disaster recovery and business continuity plans for technology systems.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, troubleshooting technology issues and escalating problems as needed.

What you have
Minimum: Indicate minimum education, skills and experience required.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technology issues effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Preferred: Indicate "nice to haves" regarding education, skills, and experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in technology operations or a similar role.
  • Experience with Apple devices, Apple operating systems, JAMF and Cloud Computing.
