JOB SUMMARY

As part of a highly visible team, this position plays a dual role-leading the development of analytics products while also conducting and translating people analytics research into clear, compelling stories that drive business action.
The Senior Manager, Talent Analytics leads the end-to-end delivery of analytics products, translating prioritized business needs into scalable, high-quality solutions. In parallel, the role partners with stakeholders to frame business questions, conduct workforce analyses and research, and communicate findings through executive-ready narratives and recommendations. Working closely with Analytics Research, Data Engineering, and Global Technology teams, this position ensures products and insights are delivered efficiently, meet business requirements, and remain sustainable over time. It also plays a critical role in shaping HR analytics strategy, advancing modern product-based analytics, and fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making across a diverse, global HR stakeholder community.
