Job description

Clearance Required: Secret (must be active) We're looking for a Senior Electrical Production Support Engineer (RF Systems) who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role supports advanced test systems used to validate complex hardware from early development through production and sustainment. In this role, you'll contribute across the engineering lifecycle-from design and development through integration, testing, production support, and sustainment. What You'll Do:
  • Lead cross-functional engineering activities from planning through execution
  • Coordinate with program, finance, planning, and technical stakeholders
  • Track schedule, budget, risks, and engineering performance
  • Support proposals, planning, reviews, and program reporting
  • Help teams stay aligned and remove barriers to execution What We're Looking For:
  • Typically requires Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of eight (8) years of prior relevant experience OR an Advanced degree and five (5) years of relevant experience
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
  • Experience with electrical engineering design to include troubleshooting, analysis, and test
  • Experience with commonly used electrical engineering design and analysis tools including but not limited to: Altium, DX Designer, Mentor Capital, Creo Schematic
  • Experience with commonly used test equipment including but not limited to: Oscilloscopes, DMMs, Network Analyzers, Power Meters
  • Experience using schematic capture tools and interpreting schematics
  • Master of Science degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM). ABET is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard Additional Details:
