PURPOSE OF POSITION: Deer Valley has 16 food and beverage outlets ranging in service style from casual through to fine dining, with breakfast, lunch and dinner operations. We are hiring for the 2026- 27 winter season and would love to talk with you if you are seeking a supervisory or management position in an amazing setting! RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE:
  • Schedule, supervise, train, and direct front-of-house staff, delegating tasks and monitoring performance, attendance, and productivity.

  • Manage payroll accuracy, cash handling, house banks, cash controls, end-of-day reconciliations, and sales reporting.

  • Oversee daily restaurant, bar, and facility operations, including opening/closing procedures and adherence to published operating hours.

  • Maintain inventory controls for food, beverage, liquor, wine, and supplies, and coordinate ordering to meet business demands.

  • Ensure accurate POS transactions, service charges, voids, and compliance with all cash handling and operational procedures.

  • Provide hands-on operational support by assisting with bartending, serving, expediting , bussing, guest service, and break coverage as needed.

  • Support special events , banquets, reservations, and interdepartmental operations to ensure smooth guest experiences.

  • Maintain operational logs, performance records, and equipment/facility oversight while implementing process improvements and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and policies.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Food and beverage experience preferred

  • Must be willing to work some weekends and holidays
