Job Summary:
Tryfacta is seeking Call Center Site Manager / Supervisor professionals for our client in Austin, TX 78723. This is a temporary contract assignment supporting a high-volume contact center operation. Position Title: Call Center Site Manager / Supervisor
Openings: 3 – 1 Site Manager + 2 Supervisors
Location: Austin, TX 78723
Duration: Temporary Contract
Work Schedule: 100% On-Site; Flexible schedule
Pay Rate: $27–$38/hr W2, depending on position and experience

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage daily call center/contact center operations.
  • Supervise employees, team leads, and customer service teams.
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, attendance, and workforce coverage.
  • Support recruiting, onboarding, and employee training.
  • Monitor employee performance, productivity, and quality.
  • Handle employee questions, issues, and escalations.
  • Track KPIs and prepare workforce reports.
  • Coordinate with management and client teams.
  • Support high-volume and multi-shift operations.

To be considered for this position, you should have:

  • Call Center / Contact Center experience.
  • Customer Service Operations experience.
  • Team supervision or leadership experience.
  • Workforce management and scheduling experience.
  • Experience managing attendance and employee performance.
  • Recruiting, onboarding, or training experience.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • KPI, quality, or productivity reporting experience.
  • Temporary staffing experience is a plus.
  • Government, utility, 311/911, or public-sector experience is a plus.

Additional Requirements:

  • Must be able to work 100% On-Site in Austin, TX 78723.
  • Austin/Austin Metro candidates are strongly preferred.
  • Must be comfortable working in a high-volume contact center environment.
  • Schedule flexibility may be required.
