Ready for growth and opportunity for leadership? EverLine is currently seeking a Project Manager / Superintendent to join our team. You will be responsible for leading/ overseeing crews tasked with crack-sealing, sealcoating, line striping, and filling potholes. You will also make sure crews are scheuled and necessary material is ordered for jobs.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Work with clients to make sure jobs are completed properly and on time
  • Organize lead and encourage the team to complete daily responsibilities in a safe and timely manner
  • Fill out digital job related reports daily
  • Communicate effectively between GM, crew, and clients when necessary
  • Use equipment to perform line painting, asphalt crack filling, and sealcoating, among other pavement maintenance services
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Assist with operations across the company
  • Assist with scheduling crews
  • Assist with keeping up with inventory and have the necessary equipment for upcoming jobs
  • Stay on top of shop cleanliness and Equipment maintenance schedules
  • Drive and back up Truck with a trailer on a hitch
  • Maintain a safe, hazard-free job site

QUALIFICATIONS
  • MUST: A minimum of 2 years of working experience in the field or related field. (Construction, Pavement Maintenace, line striping, Paving)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Have a valid Arizona Drivers License and a reliable mode of transportation
  • Able to work during the Arizona summer heat
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding role with lots of walking, bending and lifting (up to 75lbs)
  • Familiar with small engines (like lawnmowers or graco paint sprayers)

  • Able to read and understand work orders
  • Able to back up trailers into tight spaces
  • Self-motivated, critical thinker that likes to problem solve
