* Supervisory or leadership experience.
* Organizational and decision- making skills.
* Knowledge of provider recruitment.
* Experience balancing multiple priorities while meeting commitments for quality and delivery at agreed upon schedules.
* Detail oriented.
* Report creation experience, the ability to interpret, and take action on trend reporting
* Time management skills.
* Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
* Problem solving skills.
* PC proficiency to include Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Lotus Notes.
