What You'll Do

As the Store Operations Coordinator, you will support the Store Operations Manager and the Store Development Manager with day-to-day operations and store technology. You will be responsible for maintaining policies, procedures, and training materials to ensure that they are current and on brand. You will assist the Store Operations Manager in identifying operational efficiencies and streamlining processes at store level. You will work with the Store Development Manager to support store growth coordination. Additionally, you will provide administrative support for the SVP of Stores and Regional Vice Presidents.

  • Provide day-to-day operational support to store teams, ensuring consistent execution of store processes and initiatives
  • Administer and support store technology platforms, including troubleshooting coordination and user support
  • Maintain and update store policies, procedures, and training materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment
  • Partner with Store Operations Manager to align, develop, and distribute store-level communications
  • Support execution of operational initiatives by tracking progress, following up on field processes, and reinforcing compliance standards
  • Support new store openings, including coordination of logistics and travel arrangements
  • Participate in the planning and execution of both onsite and offsite meetings, including site selection, vendor negotiations, budget management, and on-site coordination as needed
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the SVP of Stores and Regional Directors

Hybrid Work Location: You will spend 3 days per week on average at our Alameda, CA Home Office.

Experience & Skills You'll Bring

  • 1-3 years retail experience required
  • BS or BA preferred
  • Excellent communication skills with cross functional collaboration and vendor management
  • High level of proficiency in MS Office suite of tools
  • Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills
  • Detail oriented and able to multitask at a high level

CA Pay Range is $35.50 to $38.46 per hour

Full time and Part time associates are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) retirement savings plan after three (3) months of service.
