Our Store Operations Manager should lead from the floor, know our clients, anticipate their needs and create an environment where people feel recognized rather than processed.

What You'll Own

  • Lead daily store operations while being visible and engaged with clients and the team

  • Welcome clients, build relationships and personalize their experience

  • Coach, motivate and develop a high-performing team

  • Create camaraderie, accountability and a culture where everyone helps everyone

  • Perform services as needed while maintaining technical, sanitation and brand standards

  • Own scheduling, labor productivity, inventory and operational readiness

  • Drive store sales and profitable growth through membership conversion, rebooking, client retention, service revenue, average ticket and retail sales.

  • Resolve client concerns quickly and turn service challenges into opportunities for loyalty

  • Support local partnerships and community engagement

  • Manage performance against store goals, KPIs and profitability

Compensation & Opportunity
