Salary Range: $130k - $160k Annually


We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead high-impact initiatives focused on improving store operations, labor productivity, and technology efficiency. This role will partner with Store Operations, Finance, IT, Strategy, and Field teams to identify, test, and implement process improvements that reduce costs, enhance customer experience, and deliver measurable ROI.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional projects to improve store operations and productivity.
  • Develop business cases, ROI analyses, KPIs, and executive presentations.
  • Evaluate and implement store technology and process enhancements.
  • Manage project timelines, pilot programs, and implementation plans.
  • Partner with Finance, IT, Loss Prevention, and Field Operations to drive business results.
  • Present recommendations and project updates to executive leadership.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years of retail store operations, operational excellence, consulting, or process improvement experience.
  • Strong project management, analytical, and financial modeling skills.
  • Experience with ROI analysis, KPI development, and business process optimization.
