• Experience developing on and managing On-Prem Windows Server-based infrastructure.
• Managing endpoints including point-of-sale devices running Windows OS, as well as their communication, connection, and networking with server-based infrastructure.
• Managing VMs on-prem.
• Overseeing the design and architecture of the entire tool stack.
• Ensuring seamless integration with other application stacks and restaurant infrastructure.
• Standardizing restaurant platforms and tools across all markets to streamline development, testing, and deployment processes.
• Identifying opportunities to automate manual processes and drive cost reductions and operational efficiencies.
• Enhancing security by architecting improvements to meet industry and security team standards.
• Meeting with various teams within McDonald's to explain restaurant infrastructure, enabling them to improve their systems and seamlessly integrate their applications.
• Continuing to innovate and scale platform solutions and tools to meet future requirements and application needs.
• Ensuring the availability, reliability, and performance of On-Premises infrastructure.
• Implementing and maintaining backup and disaster recovery solutions for On-Premises environments.
• Collaborating with network and security teams to ensure the On-Premises infrastructure is secure and compliant with organizational policies.
• Documenting and maintaining up-to-date records of infrastructure configurations and changes.
