A Manager typically handles day-to-day operations, team performance, and project delivery, while a Senior Manager takes on broader responsibilities such as strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and higher-level decision-making. Senior Managers often supervise multiple teams or Managers and play a key role in shaping organizational policies and driving business goals. Both roles require strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, but Senior Managers generally have more experience and authority within the organizational hierarchy.
