Essel is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Solar AC Electrical Foreman to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing solar electrical installation projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards and efficient execution of tasks. Your expertise will be crucial in overseeing the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of solar electrical systems in various locations.

Flexibility for travel and adaptability to various job sites are essential aspects of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, train, and mentor electrical installation teams.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot systems, using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and electrical codes.
  • Analyze and document system performance, suggesting improvements as needed.
  • Coordinate with project managers and clients to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure project adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Manage inventory and equipment to optimize project resource utilization.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in commercial or industrial electrical work, with a focus on solar energy systems.
