If you want to shape the future of energy, we are looking for a Site Manager, Solar and BESS to join our Enel Green Power team!

The Operations Manager Solar & BESS is responsible for ensuring the effective implementation, execution, monitoring, and continuous improvement of operational processes across the Solar and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) fleet. This role operates in a cross-functional capacity, ensuring that site teams consistently execute standardized operating processes, comply with regulatory and market requirements, optimize plant outages and produce timely, accurate, and high-quality operational data. The position plays a critical role in enabling enterprise-level performance monitoring, operational efficiency analysis, and data-driven decision-making. This role is responsible for assessing site performance and working in collaboration with Technical Services and Site Operations, implementing actions that maximize production, availability, and efficiency, while minimizing costs and lost revenues. The position acts as the operational execution counterpart, translating operational strategy into disciplined site-level execution while driving performance improvements and providing structured operational feedback to central teams.

Ensure Solar & BESS plants operate in alignment with approved operational processes, procedures, and standards.

Ensure consistent execution of daily, weekly, and monthly operational routines across sites.

Ensure that operational practices support safety, high availability, reliability, optimal commercial performance, and regulatory compliance.

Coordinate operational priorities to align site activities, outages, and constraints with performance and revenue objectives.

Support alignment between operational execution and planned maintenance activities.

Support preparation of operational documentation, reporting, responses, and data requests related to audits, inquiries, BI insurance claims, warranty claims, or market reviews.

Support development and execution of short- and medium-term plant outage plans.

Support coordination and optimization of planned and unplanned outages to reduce production and revenue losses, minimize additional operational costs, and effectively address safety and high-risk operational concerns.

Manage OEM and maintenance vendor performance to ensure compliance with contractual response times, availability guarantees, service obligations, and liquidated damages (LD) provisions.

Ensure visibility, tracking, communication and escalation of operational constraints.

Promote standardization of operational practices across the fleet.

Identify improvement opportunities through operational performance analysis and benchmarking.

Support implementation of new operational processes, tools, and digital enhancements.

Reinforce a culture of safety, reliability, operational discipline, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Ensure effective knowledge retention and operational competency development across Solar & BESS sites through technical competency mapping, training coordination, and structured knowledge-sharing initiatives.
