Position Summary:
The Senior Director of Social Impact, Corporate Communications, will lead the work thatย fuels e.l.f. Beauty's purpose-led, results-driven narrative across impact and philanthropyย work. This leadership role will connect the dots with our global community, supportingย our purpose to make the world a better place for every eye, lip and face. We are lookingย for a leader who can comfortably straddle strategy, project managements, governanceย and communications.
Responsibilities:
  • Scale globally our positive impact in alignment with the causes our growing community -ย across brands and regions - cares about
  • Drive our signature purpose initiative, Change the Board Game, through its goal to makeย boardrooms more inclusive
  • Be a key decision maker in selecting organizations and causes that are true to our ethos
  • Manage e.l.f. Beauty giving partnership, impact platform and annual
  • Lead stakeholder relationships with nonprofits, community organizations and corporateย partners foundations, and partners, including relevant agencies, to amplify impact
  • Budget management aligned to 2% of annual profits
  • Serve as team liaison with Employee Experience team on bringing meaningfulย engagement opportunities to all e.l.f.z around the world
Requirements:
  • Self-starter mindset and values that align to e.l.f. Beauty's ethos and purpose
  • 10-15 years' experience in impact/nonprofit/NGO or corporate partnerships
  • Familiarity with global impact landscape
  • Literacy in ESG and CSR measurement, reporting and communications
  • Previous budget management
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree or above in communications, public policy, business administration
$160,000 - $205,000 a year
The base salary range for this roleย isย listed above.ย

Total compensation includes base salary, annual company-based performance bonus, and equity.ย Under e.l.f.'s annual bonus program, employees are eligible to earn up to 200% of their target bonus when company performance exceeds defined goals. In addition, e.l.f. provides a variety of other benefits to employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a retirement savings plan, gender neutral parental leave, and unlimited paid time off. The amount of total compensation (including base salary) offered will be based on a wide range of factors, including geographic location, experience, specific skills, and qualifications.
