Material Handler I
LOCATION: Sherman, TX (4901 Marshall Drive, Sherman, TX 75090)
SHIFT: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Mandatory weekend overtime)
PAY RATE: $17.50/hr (W-2)

Job Summary

Seeking a Material Handler I to support warehouse operations at our Sherman, TX location. This position is responsible for order packing, material movement, replenishment, and operating warehouse equipment including forklifts, cherry pickers, and reach trucks. The ideal candidate will have prior warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Pack customer orders in the Parcel, Pack Center, and Flex Center utilizing the Flagship system.
• Use packing slips to create move tickets, break down material, sort styles, verify counts, and restock warehouse locations.
• Operate RF scanners to scan materials, locations, and verify accuracy.
• Verify styles and quantities, inspect products, and prepare items for shipment with proper packing materials.
• Apply packing lists, content labels, and shipping labels as required.
• Research and resolve order discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain quality standards and follow all safety procedures.
• Perform physical tasks including standing, bending, reaching, lifting, pushing, and pulling throughout the shift.
• Perform other duties as needed including lower-classification tasks.

Required Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States (No sponsorship).
• Must reside within 50 miles of Sherman/Dallas, TX.
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse or distribution center experience.
• Minimum 6 months of forklift, cherry picker, or reach truck operation experience.
