Job Description

ARIA Recruitment have partnered with aย Nationwide General Contractor to engage a Project Superintendent toย join their retail division focusing on large shopping mall builds and refurbishments.ย  Our clients have projectsย throughout the east coast of the USA and focus on projects betweenย $10 and $75 Million in value.
As a Senior Superintendent for our client you will be responsible forย the management of allย field staff, procurement, materials handling,ย sub-contractors, local permitting, Sub-contractors andย adhering to theย construction schedule and budget.ย ย You will directly report into the Project Managerย toย ensure client and company are informed of progress and issues.ย 
Our client are seeking Superintendents who have a 5 plus years of experience as a Senior Superintendent and can provide a proven background of successfully constructing large scale retail projects including ground-up mall and strip mall projects nationwide. You will have a solid understanding of sub-contractor management, procurement, OSHA, blueprints and engineering drawings. You will be able to convey your requirements in a clear and concise manner to ensure your project runs on time and budget.
