Job description

Peak Workforce Solutions (Newbold) is seeking a Janitorial Manager for our client in Tulsa, OK who is a creative, energetic individual with a "Whatever It Takes" attitude in fulfilling their job duties.

The Janitorial Account Manager is responsible for overseeing all cleaning and maintenance operations within a shopping mall environment. This role ensures high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction while managing janitorial staff, vendor relationships, and client expectations.

Management
    • Oversee daily janitorial operations including interior and exterior cleaning, restrooms, food court areas, and common spaces
    • Ensure compliance with cleaning schedules and quality standards
    • Conduct regular inspections to maintain a clean, safe mall environment
Staff Supervision
    • Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise janitorial team members
    • Monitor performance and provide coaching, feedback, and disciplinary actions when needed

Client Relations
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for mall management and tenants

Safety & Compliance

    • Maintain proper documentation for safety, incidents, and compliance
    • Conduct safety training and enforce safe work practices
Budget & Inventory Management
    • Manage labor costs, supplies, and equipment budgets
    • Order and maintain inventory of cleaning products and equipment
    • Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality
Equipment Management
    • Coordinate with external vendors for specialized cleaning or maintenance services
    • Ensure equipment is maintained, repaired, or replaced as needed
