About the Opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic, newly licensed or early-career acupuncturist who is eager to grow their clinical skills in a supportive, mentorship-focused environment. This is an ideal position for a practitioner who values continued learning and wants to develop their expertise alongside an experienced clinician.

What You'll Do

Conduct thorough patient consultations and develop individualized treatment plans

Perform acupuncture treatments and complementary modalities as appropriate

Maintain accurate, timely patient records and documentation

Build rapport with patients and provide compassionate, patient-centered care

Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure comprehensive patient support

Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities

What We're Looking For

Required:

Current state license or certification to practice acupuncture

Strong commitment to patient care and clinical excellence

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Openness to feedback and dedication to continuous improvement

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred:

Familiarity with integrative medicine approaches (i.e. hydrogen, shockwave and magnetic therapy, and/or orthopedic acupuncture)

Interest in chronic pain management
