Position Summary:
Timewise Food Stores is thrilled to invite enthusiastic and committed individuals to join our vibrant team! We are presently in search of a Territory Manager who is dedicated to delivering outstanding service to our esteemed customers. The Territory Manager assumes responsibility for overseeing the day-to-day operations of their assigned stores.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead teams and implement strategies to attain sales, Fuel Rewards, operational KPIs, profitability, and customer service objectives.
  • Prioritize daily, weekly, and monthly tasks, fostering a professional work environment and maintaining store conditions.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards, environmental regulations, marketing initiatives, and operational protocols.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance company sales through training, enhanced customer service, and targeted sales strategies.
  • Demonstrate sound business acumen in autonomously managing the designated area with proactive initiative.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or additional certifications in training or retail management is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years in retail or convenience store management, with experience in training, coaching, or mentoring others preferred.
  • Multi-unit management experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to different audiences.
  • Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop others, with a passion for supporting team growth.
  • Knowledge of retail operations, customer service standards, and store systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and travel between store locations as needed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with e-learning tools or training software.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 20lbs.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting, standing and walking.
  • Ability to lift 25-50lbs or more.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting, standing and walking.
  • Ability to travel to store sites 90% of the time.
