AGG prides itself on providing outstanding customer service and expert solutions to complex challenges. About the Opportunity Alliance Global Group is searching for an experienced and mission-focused Program Manager to join our team in support of U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) Logistics Center Supply Chain Management Directorate requirements in Huntsville, Alabama. This position is contingent upon award. In this role, the Program Manager provides overall program leadership, contract execution oversight, and customer coordination across supply chain optimization, logistics analysis, warehouse operations, reporting, quality control, transition activities, security compliance, and performance management. The position requires strong knowledge of Army logistics, support environments, contract requirements, performance standards, and stakeholder coordination to ensure successful execution of all assigned task areas. Responsibilities Lead program planning, staffing, scheduling, performance monitoring, and daily coordination with Government representatives.
Ensure contract activities comply with PWS requirements, applicable FAR/DFARS clauses, security requirements, quality assurance standards, reporting schedules, and customer service expectations.
Oversee execution across supply chain optimization, logistics analysis, warehouse operations, reporting, quality control, transition, and security compliance activities.
Manage subcontractor integration, risk management, transition planning, issue resolution, and delivery of required contract deliverables.
Prepare, review, and submit performance reports, cost reports, quality control documentation, transition plans, and required status updates.
Communicate regularly with senior leadership, contracting personnel, CORs, and operational stakeholders to maintain alignment and resolve program issues. Requirements Active Secret Clearance
Bachelor’s degree in Business / Supply Chain from an accredited college or university in a PWS task-related discipline.
Minimum of 10+ years managing government contracts
5+ years of managing Army logistics, supply chain, inventory control, warehouse, or sustainment support contracts.
Familiarity with AMCOM, ALC, SCMD, LMP, GCSS-Army, STAMIS, DPAS, PIEE/WAWF, performance metrics, and Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan processes.
Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and customer-service skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Must demonstrate professionalism, sound judgment, and the technical knowledge necessary to successfully perform the duties of the position.
