What you'll do
Market Expansion:Drive revenue growth by turning sales strategies into market successes, focusing on expanding market share within Central Florida and surrounding regions including Tampa, Orlando, Claremont, Lakeland, and Ocala.
Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, selling Weir and Townley products, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Sales Execution:Manage daily sales activities including prospecting, pipeline management, and closing deals, utilizing tools like Salesforce to track progress and opportunities.
Team Collaboration:Work closely with a regional sales team of seven, sharing knowledge and supporting cross-training efforts to enhance product knowledge and territory coverage.
Travel Requirements:Typically, travel involves three days working from home and one night away per week, with flexibility to adjust travel schedules as needed.
Success Metrics:Success in this role means consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets, growing market share, and fostering long-term customer partnerships.
