Position Summary...This role sits at the center of Sam’s Club eCommerce strategy. As a key member of the eComm Strategy & Business Operations team, you’ll develop long-term transformation and strategy recommendations that shape business growth.
This is a highly strategic and analytical role—ideal for someone with a background in consulting, eCommerce, or omnichannel merchandising who thrives in creating blue ocean strategies grounded in data. You’ll be neck-deep in industry trends and business performance, turning insights into transformation strategies for Sam's eCommerce.

The eCommerce Strategy team drives Sam’s Club’s digital growth by developing forward-looking strategies that transform the business. The team focuses on business development, member value, channel optimization, marketing strategy, and performance storytelling. Supporting the SVP of eCommerce, the team aligns leadership priorities and drives organizational action. Members combine structured problem-solving with commercial insight, leveraging data and industry trends to create clear strategies.   • Develop innovative and disruptive transformation strategies and present to senior leadership for resourcing and prioritization

  • Lead the development, prioritization, and execution of business strategies and cross-functional initiatives to enhance operational performance.
  • Identify customer and operational needs, develop business plans, and remove barriers to achieve performance goals.
