POSITION SUMMARY

A & Associates is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to set up, maintain, and improve our Salesforce system. This role will work with internal teams to support daily business needs, reports, integrations, user access, automation, security, and system growth. The role will also help with the development and improvement of our learning management system (LMS), including connections between the LMS, Salesforce, and other systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Set up and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, page layouts, and permissions.
  • Manage users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings.
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards.
  • Support Salesforce Experience Cloud and external portals.
  • Help connect Salesforce with other systems.
  • Keep Salesforce data accurate and manage imports, exports, and basic system records.
  • Fix system and user issues.
  • Turn business needs into practical Salesforce solutions.
  • Support testing and launch of new Salesforce features.
  • Check system performance, security, and usage.
  • Train and support Salesforce users.
  • Find ways to make work easier through Salesforce automation.
  • Work with Salesforce staff, developers, consultants, and outside vendors as needed.
  • Support LMS development, testing, updates, and connections with Salesforce or other systems.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience managing Salesforce.
  • Good knowledge of Salesforce setup and user management.
  • Experience with reports, dashboards, workflows, security, and data management.
  • Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of APIs and system connections is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and organization skills.
  • Ability to understand business needs and turn them into system tasks.
  • Ability to explain technical topics clearly to non-technical users.
  • Experience with LMS development or LMS integrations is a plus.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred.
