Position Summary

Rohrer Aesthetics is seeking an experienced Senior Events Marketing Manager to own end-to-end execution of our event portfolio from national tradeshows and KOL engagements to internal meetings and incentive programs. Working closely with the Senior Director of Marketing on strategic direction, this individual will bring events to life with precision and creativity, partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Clinical, Marketing, Service, and Leadership to deliver a cohesive, high-impact experience across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end execution for:

Tradeshows, internal events, and pop-ups

Sales enablement and KOL events

National Sales Meeting and President's Club

Manage event vendors, venues, and agencies negotiating contracts and overseeing budgets and performance.

Work closely with the senior director of marketing to create yearly events calendar and be held responsible for all event timelines.

Conduct competitive analysis of industry events to inform positioning and identify best practices.

Lead on-site logistics: venue selection, booth/space design, travel coordination, staffing, and execution.

Ensure consistent branding and design quality across all event materials and experiences.

Manage budgets, timelines, and post-event ROI reporting.

Serve as the primary on-site lead for major company events, including the National Sales Meeting, New Hire Trainings and Presidents Club.

Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor's degree; 710 years of event marketing/management experience.

Proven track record managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder events.

Strong vendor management, negotiation, and project management skills.

Excellent cross-functional communication skills.

Ability to travel 2530% of the time.

Preferred:

Experience in the aesthetics, medical device, or healthcare industry.

Graphic design expertise or experience partnering with creative teams.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $115,000 $130,000, commensurate with experience
