Job description

Region: Arizona, Nevada

Compensation: $80,000–$95,000 base + commission

Rohrer Aesthetics is seeking a results-driven sales leader to own the Arizona/Nevada territory and bring our advanced aesthetic capital equipment to the physicians who rely on it most. For more than a decade, Rohrer has built a reputation as the trusted player in aesthetic capital equipment and a loyal customer base. This role is your chance to join that legacy — to build a thriving territory, become part of a community practitioners trust and keep coming back to, and make a direct, measurable impact on Rohrer's growth in the West.

What You'll Do

  • Actively promote and sell Rohrer Aesthetics' advanced capital equipment solutions to medical professionals, including dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and medical spas.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets.
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features, benefits, and value proposition of our capital equipment.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by effectively prospecting, qualifying leads, and initiating follow-ups.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge and successfully position our products.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including clinical and customer support, to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and prompt issue resolution.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas and targets within the designated territory.
  • Coach, manage, and train Territory Managers that may be assigned in your territory.

What You Bring

  • Proven track record of success in aesthetic capital equipment sales, preferably in the medical device or aesthetics industry.
  • Strong sales aptitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage and build rapport with customers.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and persistent in pursuing sales opportunities while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively, while also fostering collaboration within the team.
  • Prior experience in selling to medical professionals, such as dermatologists and plastic surgeons, is highly advantageous.
  • Familiarity with capital equipment, medical devices, or aesthetic treatments is a plus.

Experience & Tools

  • 4+ years of business, technical, or practical experience.
  • NetSuite or HubSpot experience preferred.

Physical Requirements

  • Extended periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
  • Flexibility to accommodate work across multiple time zones.
  • Travel up to 5 days a week based on customer needs.

Benefits

  • Generous PTO and paid holiday
  • Group health insurance including medical, dental and vision
  • 401(K) with employer match
  • Car Allowance
