Job description

Synch-Solutions is looking for a Full-Time RPA Practice Lead who will be responsible for the strategy and direction of our RPA core offerings to the marketplace. The Practice Lead will drive overall practice growth through a combination of thought leadership, strategic planning, collaboration, and execution. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the Electric and Gas Utilities Industry or previous consulting experience. The Practice Lead is accountable for RPA service offerings, business development, client delivery, and talent management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Senior Leadership to develop business strategy and service offerings
• Lead Robotic Process Automation marketing, business development, and proposal activities
• Manage P&L for this practice
• Lead client engagement and provide delivery oversight
• Foster and develop relationships with Client Executives
• Direct the practice resourcing process to ensure optimum utilization of professional staff
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 10 years of focused engagement-based consulting experience
• Minimum of 6 years of experience managing RPA delivery
• Minimum of 5 years pre-sales experience responding to RFPs and delivering oral presentations
• Experience in developing and leveraging implementation methodologies and solutioning
approaches
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills, with proven ability to
interact effectively with technology partners, functional teams, and business
stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills and ability to navigate a business environment that is complex,
ambiguous, and diverse
• Strong influencing, facilitating, and consulting skills in working with stakeholders at all levels in the organization and across departments
Education:
• Bachelor's degree required. Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science or related field.
Preferred Skills:
• Prior experience working in a consulting environment
