Job Duties:
Performs complex administrative and supervisory program work. Work involves establishing program goals and objectives; developing program guidelines, policies, and procedures; developing schedules, priorities, and standards for achieving program goals; evaluating program activities; developing budget requests; coordinating program activities; and supervising the work of others. Works under general supervision with moderate latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.

You've graduated from high school or earned a GED and have experience in auditing, program support, or technical review or relevant college coursework that supports these areas. You're comfortable with basic computer operations and eager to strengthen your technical skills, and you're familiar with agency structures, policies, and procedures or willing to learn them. You can work confidently with computers and related equipment, communicate clearly with internal and external partners, and are willing to complete safety or riskmanagementrelated certifications. Your readiness to build your knowledge of safety, health, and environmental regulations further supports your success in the role.
You'd be a GREAT fit if:
You have three years of fulltime experience in auditing, program administration, technical review, program evaluation, data analysis, or criminal justice, along with two years of supervisory experience. You're skilled at interpreting and applying rules, regulations, policies, and procedures across safety, health, and risk management functions, and have strong knowledge of the related standards and laws. You excel at reviewing technical data, preparing accurate reports, and monitoring safety, health, and riskmanagement programs for compliance. You're confident assessing and documenting adherence to regulations, delivering effective riskmanagement training, and directing activities during hazardous situations. Your experience with computers, clear communication skills, completion of certifications such as AURM, CDSO, or OSHA, and strong problemsolving abilities further demonstrate your readiness to supervise and support others successfully in this role.
