The Manager Risk Manager typically leads risk management efforts, develops policies, and manages teams, requiring advanced certifications and leadership skills. In contrast, the Risk Analyst focuses on data analysis, risk assessment, and supporting risk strategies. Both roles are vital in risk management but differ in scope, responsibilities, and seniority.

The Risk Manager will work closely with and support the Director-Insurance and Risk Management with the management of diverse Private Client Personal Lines and Commercial Lines insurance programs, with various levels of complexities for both Property and Casualty lines of business, including Valuable Articles, Yacht, Aviation, Construction, Farm and Ranch, Management Liability products, and perform due diligence with all new business opportunities.

What you will do
You will be responsible for the management and day-to-day service of complex personal lines, commercial, and personal/commercial hybrid accounts, reporting directly to the Director of Insurance and Risk Management. You will develop and retain consultative relationships with clients and internal business partners, Broker and Carrier business partners. You must also be able to evaluate and educate clients on coverage gaps and newly available coverage options, industry state of the market, as well as emerging trends.
