Sterling Seacrest Pritchard's 10-week internship program provides students with hands-on experience and professional development within the insurance brokerage industry. Interns participate in the same onboarding and training as new hires, work alongside experienced professionals, and contribute to meaningful projects that build industry knowledge and practical skills.
Throughout the summer, interns gain exposure to multiple areas of the business, expand their professional networks, and participate in development sessions covering topics such as leadership, career readiness, public speaking, and personal finance. The program emphasizes collaboration, critical thinking, and real-world problem-solving.
At the conclusion of the program, interns present their key projects and accomplishments to company leadership. By the end of the experience, interns leave with a strong understanding of the brokerage industry, enhanced professional skills, and valuable experience to support their future careers.
