Position Purpose
Entry-level fabrication of hose and gasket products. Assists in utilizing a variety of tools and machinery to customize products according to customer needs. This position is safety sensitive.
Goals of Position
โ€ข Accurately fabricate hose assemblies, gaskets, and related products per customer requirements.
โ€ข Ensure safe and effective use of shop tools and equipment.
โ€ข Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspace.
โ€ข Support warehouse and delivery tasks as needed to meet customer demands.
Responsibilities
โ€ข Use hand, measuring, and cutting tools such as tape measures and mechanic's tools.
โ€ข Operate shop equipment such as die press, belt slitter, and automated coupling machines under supervision.
โ€ข Fabricate hose assemblies, gaskets, and conveyor/drive belting per directives and specifications.
โ€ข Conduct warehouse inventory, move/store material using forklifts, and deliver products using company vehicles.
โ€ข Perform general housekeeping in compliance with OSHA standards and follow all safety and RGA procedures.
โ€ข Other duties as assigned.
