Job description

We are seeking a skilled Revit Drafter to join our team. In this role, you will translate conceptual sketches and architectural designs into highly accurate 3D Building Information Models (BIM) and construction documents using Autodesk Revit. The ideal candidate has strong technical drawing skills, a deep understanding of building systems, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed 3D models, floor plans, elevations, and sections exclusively in Autodesk Revit.

  • Generate accurate construction documentation and material schedules from project models.

  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers to resolve design clashes.

  • Maintain and enforce company BIM standards and drafting templates.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2+ years of professional drafting experience utilizing Revit in an architectural or engineering setting.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Autodesk Revit is required (AutoCAD and SketchUp knowledge is a plus).

  • Education: Degree/certification in Drafting, Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

  • Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and building codes.

Modeling and production drafting, existing conditions reports, schematic design.
