The Senior Manager will work with a team of highly motivated and entrepreneurial individuals and is expected to: (1) effectively lead work streams with dependencies on many different business units, (2) collaborate well throughout the organization, and (3) communicate recommendations to senior executives.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Leverages hypotheses-based approach to identify, validate and quantify opportunities

  • Develops infrastructure around data, tools and processes to create sustained organizational capabilities

  • Coaches and develops others to improve skills necessary to be successful in their role

  • Creates a special place among their team by fostering a sense of belonging

  • Distills complex business problems into cohesive, impactful stories; builds appropriate horizontal and vertical logic in presentations

  • Continues to push thinking and find opportunities for improvement and growth

  • Presents comfortably and compellingly to senior audiences

  • Finds fulfillment in development and execution of strategies; Goes deep when necessary and zooms out when appropriate

  • Successfully manages relationships with senior leaders and peers and can influence a diverse group of stakeholders through effective communication and strong interpersonal skills

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience leading others

  • Experience driving transformational change through teams from concept through implementation with tangible impact on operating/financial performance

  • 5-10 years of total work experience in progressive roles

  • Experience or degree in a healthcare related field strongly preferred
